Many who are stressed out spend a lot of time penned in. They have sedentary occupations—chained to computers, esks

and enclosed work areas. Their jobs afford little physical activity and cant opportunity to get out during the day. That oppressiveness can amplify stress and job pressure. If you’re in that boat, the last thing you need are evenings and weekends cooped up inside. Offset the hemmed-in feeling of your workday with energetic outdoor activities like tennis, golf, biking, walks, hikes, or even more adventuresome pursuits. On your lunch breaks, get away from your desk, go outside and at least grab a lungful

of fresh air. It’ll make a noticeable difference. Adults need recess, too. Get out and play. Why make yourself crazy?

Theoretically, foods of natural origin in their unspoiled state should be sufficient to ensure a healthy existence. While I do not support any kind of paleolithic diet, but we are bound to make reference to the simple way of eating in ancient times. In modern times modern and more complex diseases have developed.
